Alright, anyone wanting to audition for a spot as an alpha for the remaining packs may do so here. Taken packs are Rancor and Shadow. Open packs are Sanctuary, Fleet, Song and King. Sactuary Pack accepts everyone, lab and normal. Fleet accepts normal wolves and hunts mutated wolves. Song keeps to themselves, completely detached, normal wolves only. King Pack accepts wolves & dogs but they have to be normal and they actively hunt mutated canines.
- Males and females welcome to audition.
- All auditioning characters must be accepted, active & older than 3 years old
- Be sure that you don't have a mutated wolf going to lead any wolf packs, both wolf packs despise mutated wolves. If you want a mutated wolf in a leader position, go for Sanctuary. In the future there may be a lab wolf pack but not right now.
- Some packs already have members, members are welcome to audition.
- Loners may audition.
- All audition posts must be at least 500 words. The character must show leadership qualities SPECIFIC to their desired pack. That means don't have a potential Song alpha getting friendly with a mutated lab dog unless they find out and run away. Each pack has a set mentality that's there for a reason.

Shadow;; RPer's Name;; Luna Word Count;; 662 Setting;; In the woods and her pack's territory Pack;; Fleet Post;;
It was a mid July afternoon and the temperature felt like it was in the 100s. It was very dry outside since it had not rained in close to two weeks. The last time it rained, it was more than just rain. It was violent, windy, powerful thunder storm. Shadow could remember bright white streaks that would light up the sky within seconds followed by a loud boom. It was an awful storm. But today was a lot different. Shadow was running through the woods with only one thing on her mind, food. She had not eaten in a few days and it was starting to take its toll on the black she wolf. As she was running through the woods looking for something to hunt, her stomach began to rumble. “Stupid prey” she thought to herself, listening to her stomach growl. Shadow was not a picky wolf when it came to what she would eat and kill on a hunt. Especially not when she hadn’t eaten for a while. She would prefer to catch a doe so that she could feed her pack. However, in times like this, she would happy with just a rabbit or two. Whatever she could catch would satisfy her. Shadow also knew that her chances of successful hunts were decreased a little because she always chose to go on hunts by herself unless, she felt the pack should really go.
The dark black wolf continued to run through the woods for a good while before finally spotting something. She stopped dead in her tracks and looked in front of her. Up ahead was a herd of deer feasting on a few grass patches. She could not help but smile to herself as she found the smaller doe in the pack and began to stalk forward. She slowly crept forwards until she was just a few feet behind them. She crouched down behind a bush and waited for the right timing to sprint ahead. ”NOW!” she growled to herself leaping up and sprinting forwards toward the doe. By the time the doe had spotted her and started to run for her life, it was too late. Shadow was already on her trail and with just a few more strides, she jumped up and onto the doe. She sunk her sharp teeth into the doe’s neck and dug her claws into its back. Within only a few second’s the deer was down on the ground, lifeless.
“Finally, a successful kill” Shadow thought to herself looking over the deer making sure it really was dead. She stood there for another second after making sure the deer was dead before she grabbed onto it and began to drag it back to where she had come from. She had a long walk in front of her but with the rush of adrenalin she just got from her hunt, it wouldn’t be that bad.
When she finally got back to the pack’s territory, she set the doe down under the nearest tree and then ran over to a small pond nearby for a drink. When she got done drinking, she spotted one of the other wolves fixing to bite into her kill. She started snarling and ran over to the other wolf biting at its side when she got closer. She stepped in between the deer and wolf , still snarling. “You know the rules!” Shadow growled before turning to the deer and beginning to eat it. She was the alphess so she always got the first share and therefore the best pieces of meat. She ate until her belly was stuffed and then turned to the other wolves. “You all need to eat now. We will need energy for when we go on a search for those awful lab dogs later” She growled, thinking about the lab dogs. After she said that, she walked off, leaving the doe to the other wolves, and laid down by another tree watching her pack.
